En attendant la réouverture des frontières, il est possible de voyager au Japon en visitant le site web Gochiso History. La gastronomie japonaise, la vie quotidienne et l’histoire s’entremêlent, et le lecteur est constamment émerveillé et surpris par la beauté du récit.
Nicolas vit à Tokyo, parle couramment le japonais, et narre ses découvertes et son vécu à travers le site.
About the author
Hello! My name is Nicolas Terrasson. Born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland, I have studied particle physics at the University of Geneva. After graduating with a Masters degree, I moved to Japan and have made Tokyo my new home. The people and the customs here have fascinated me, and I have taken upon me to learn the language and explore the country. I have created Gochisō History to share my enthusiasm for food and history while learning new facets of my passion. My hobbies include playing ultimate frisbee, guitar and video games.
